I played around with Googles Antigravity (video link here) with Gemini 3 pro. I’m impressed at how easy it was to create a react native mobile application, handle images for design instructions and just generally the accuracy, cutting down on back and forth.

A.I video
Signed up and played around with OpenArt.ai creating images and videos, creating A.I videos for our channel, really enjoyed that whole creative process, I can see this being very addictive. A great business model.
Team
We’ve recently started a slack channel with monthly goals, with me leading the way in terms of output. Lead by example.
Recognising team members efforts in front of the whole team I found is a great way to increase productivity. People want to work on stuff thats important and complex, have a set goal on how they can contribute and be recognised for their efforts.
Latest Features
We upgraded several features on ViewsMax, better scripting (I spend a lot of time here), better image / thumbnail generation.
We added a copy thumbnail feature. This alone is saving me $1000’s of dollars a month not having to hire a thumbnail designer.
Marketing
Right now I’m probably spending 20-30 hours on marketing, specifically YouTube. I wake up and spend the first 4 hours of the morning, my most productive hours, on marketing, specifically YouTube long form content.
I think YouTube long form is probably the highest leverage marketing task any one can start right now. It’s massively under-rated, its more complex then other channels and formats and therefore has less competition. It’s easier to build a committed audience with long form content.
Upgraded the studio to take this seriously.
Misc
Outrank.so (an A.I automated blogging product ) is working well for us, it’s bringing in a good amount of traffic for ViewsMax our tool, and it runs on autopilot. The content and backlinks will work for years to come.
They’ve increased our domain rank from 10-24 in a month as part of the backlink exchange program.
This will be a great head start if we do start focussing on SEO.
I can also probably add some more value here by generating short youtube videos on the blog post topics that are getting traffic. Capturing that traffic on the channel.

A bit about me. I’ve been a software developer for the past 20 years, I’ve worked with some of the worlds leading brands to build a variety of different products. I have a software agency and I’ve recently moved to Thailand to focus on building a new product called ViewsMax and my YouTube channels.
Best advice I can give you right now
Build an audience. Start small, slowly and understand it will take time. I think thats the currently the highest leverage, lowest capital requirement easiest task that anyone can start and has the potential to deliver unlimited returns.
