YouTube very difficult to copy, and will increase with difficulty over time as we get better. We’ve built a system to help make it even easier.
Hiring less difficult to copy, harder to implement with a remote team.
Reviews less difficult to copy, time consuming, but overall great for the business.

Podcasts easy to copy, hard to gain traction, also hard to convey your value as you are focussed on the guest.
Design
This week I’ve been playing with Google stitch it’s pretty impressive for design. I’ll use it to improve the UX of our product ViewsMax.
A.I is not great at user interfaces, so you can be better then 90% of the A.I app builders out there by just creating a slightly better user interface.
Theres a slight gap at the moment, but this will decrease quickly as code builders implement this.
AUTOMATION
Clawdbot? Is it as good as they say? If it is you can probably enhance your productivity a further 10-20% or reduce your team size by 10-20%. I can see it. being useful for research or outreach type tasks for my business.
Built a YouTube scraper (seperate from ClawdBot) internally, it took me 5 mins to build a scraper for Youtube. I can now get a list of potential customers, check their comments, help answer their burning questions and build a loyal following. I could turn this into a product on its own.
Marketing
I’ve nailed script writing with Viewsmax now. I can create a decent script within 30 mins max.
YouTube is driving clicks, sales and engagement faster then any other platform for us. I’ve created blogs, free tools, reach out tools, and many other marketing tools for our products but nothing compares to YouTube. The videos are compounding over time, subscriber counts are growing, each video is strengthening the brand, each video is an asset that will pay out for years to come.
Affiliate Marketing
If you want to make money fast, affiliate marketing is probably the best play.
If you want to make a lot of money, build an audience and sell a product.

A bit about me. I’ve been a software developer for the past 20 years, I’ve worked with some of the worlds leading brands to build a variety of different products. I have a software agency and I’ve recently moved to Thailand to focus on building a new product called ViewsMax and my YouTube channels.
Best advice I can give you right now
Build an audience. Start small, slowly and understand it will take time. I think thats the currently the highest leverage, lowest capital requirement easiest task that anyone can start and has the potential to deliver unlimited returns.
